Edit, chat, draft, review and cite with verified sources — without leaving your manuscript. Install in one minute with the file below while we complete the Microsoft AppSource listing.
The file is called curie-manifest.xml. It only tells Word where Curie lives — every improvement we ship reaches your ribbon automatically, no reinstall.
Pick where you use Word. Every path uses the same file.
Download the add-in file above and keep it somewhere easy to find.
Open any document in Word for the web (office.com or OneDrive).
On the Home tab click Add-ins, then More Add-ins. (In older layouts: Insert → Add-ins.)
Open the My Add-ins tab and click Upload My Add-in in the top-right corner.
Choose curie-manifest.xml and click Upload.
A Curie tab appears on the ribbon. Click Open Curie and sign in.
After installing, click any Curie button, then sign in with your Curie account (Google works too).
Updates
Features inside the pane update automatically every time we release. Only when the ribbon itself changes (new buttons or icons) will the version number above go up — repeat the install once to pick it up.
